One of my top 10 albums from the 90’s is certainly Sugar’s 1992 album Copper Blue. Just a magnificent collection of songs, and Bob Mould and company are all in top form. I’m a big fan of Bob’s solo work as well (Workbook is top tier in my book) but that Sugar album has always just been so representative of the 90’s for me.

So imagine my surprise, and elation, to read about a new Sugar song called “House of Dead Memories” and a series of shows scheduled for next year. I sure hope this is an indicator of a new full album soon!
