I was recently working on a playlist of Paul McCartney’s great deep cuts, or what I consider his lesser known hidden gems. I think this one certainly qualifies from 1993’s Off The Ground, “Winedark Open Sea” is just such a beautiful song, and man he makes it seem so easy when a song as good as this can go under the radar.
