25 Years…

Black and white photo of Gov't Mule

It was 25 years ago today that me and Gina saw our first Gov’t Mule show (with our friend Jon) at the Vic Theatre. We’ve seen them dozens of time since then but this show was really quite memorable. Not only was it the only show we saw with Allen Woody before he passed but it’s generally regarded among fans as something special. I agree!

Here is the setlist from that night – a great mix of originals and covers including The Beatles, Elton John, Black Sabbath, Radiohead, Led Zeppelin and even Cheech and Chong’s “Earache My Eye” – Great stuff for sure – you can even buy a copy at Nugs!
