Rubber Soul – The Beatles

This was the first Beatles album I bought for myself, at Hegewisch Records in Calumet City. at around age 11. I’m a bit ashamed to admit that at the time I wasn’t yet aware of the difference between the US and UK pressings so silly me bought the US version.

Sometimes when I listen to this I will say it is my favorite Beatles album, an honor reserved for only like 8 or 9 of their releases so I guess I think it’s pretty good.

In all seriousness, this is a perfect album – no notes.
