“The record you didn’t know you needed is what I am listening to in the other room.”

AI_IMAGE: A dimly lit vintage record store back room, shot at eye level across wooden bins overflowing with vinyl LPs. Warm amber light from a single hanging bulb casts deep shadows. Faded concert posters line the dark walls. Wisps of incense smoke curl through the golden light. The mood is intimate, analog, and deeply atmospheric with rich sepia and brown tones against near-black shadows. | photorealistic | landscape

I am thinking of starting a series of posts about story songs. I have a list started but there are so many more to add. Do you have a favorite story song?

Physical therapy was exhausting today and I am feeling the workout this evening. It is amazing that something that sounds as easy and simple as just standing still and turning my head from side to side is so challenging and causes so much body ache.

I highly suggest that if you have Hulu that you watch the show Paradise. If you don’t have Hulu, you should probably get it, and then watch Paradise.

I finally got an album for my 1001 Albums challenge that I hadn’t ever listened to. I didn’t like it. At all. Look for my review and feature tomorrow!

I don’t use Facebook personally but I do get some interaction on the Page for this site (Hi Nat!) so I do visit it. I have a relative who is a trumper so I would occasionally go see what sort of trash he has posted. I finally just blocked him so I would stop subjecting myself to the torture. Even though we weren’t connected and I don’t post anything on my personal profile the blocking keeps me from even looking. It’s sad to see his descent into whatever it is that he has become because of the Trump devotion.
