As a natural empath, it is typical for me to feel and understand what others are feeling and to take those feelings on for myself. In normal times, this can be a challenge – in these times which are anything but normal, it can be debilitating. The extra weight of the world is a burden I am not equipped to handle.
Earlier today I was trying to put together a post about how the state of the world is really affecting me when in a bit of serendipity this here song came up in my mix (I found this cool acoustic version to share) with a lyric that really hit me.
